On the Admin sidebar, go to the Ecommerce > Catalog > Products. After finding the product you need to edit, click on the Edit icon.
If the Use default checkbox is checked, it will not be possible to change some information, it will be withdrawn from the Products and services module. Uncheck the checkbox to be able to change all allowed product information.
